Justin Owens brings entrepreneurial instinct and hands-on technical expertise to his role leading operations at Retail Merchant Services and Citadel Security, serving commercial and residential clients across the greater Houston area. A University of Houston-Downtown business graduate, Justin sharpened his skills in customer support, equipment configuration, and field installations at Enstep Technology Solutions before joining the RMS family business — where he quickly rose to help lead the company into its next era. Justin has spearheaded Citadel's AI-powered security division, integrating advanced AI detection across alarm systems, home automation, and CCTV platforms so that cameras don't just record — they think. He also launched Citadel Mobile Solutions, deploying solar-powered surveillance trailers with 24/7 AI-enhanced monitoring, real-time remote alerts, and two-way communication for clients throughout the region. Rooted in the same people-first philosophy that built RMS, Justin is driving Citadel Security forward as one of the Houston area's most innovative security system providers.
